Most of my new clients come to me seeking relief and recovery from pain, injury and accidents.
I hate that people come to me in a state of pain and distress. But it is truly exciting for me when someone leaves our session feeling better than when they arrived.
I specialize in treatment of pain caused by accidents and injury, as well as issue that come from the accumulation of use or misuse of the body. It is my goal to bring the highest quality of care and compassion to each session to ensure you feel seen and heard and more healed than when you walked in.
I dedicate time at the beginning of our first session to get to know you and your concerns. This also allows for us to determine what type of session, massage or stretching, will best meet your needs currently. This is why I recommend new clients come prepared for a stretch session: wear or bring comfortable, stretchy or loose fitting clothing that you can easily move, bent and twist in. If we change to a massage, then great! It’s all about being flexible (total pun intended)!
Follow-up sessions will always start with a check-in to see how you felt after the last session, any changes or improvements, as well as how you are feeling today. And what, if anything, has come up that needs to be addressed.
I believe that knowledge is power! I want to empower you to be able to take the best care of your body as well as expedite your healing process. This means after each session, as applicable, we will discuss things you can do at home to further advance your healing journey and that will amplify the benefits and effects of our sessions.
Please ask me any questions you may have, either before your session via text, email or phone, as well as during our sessions and after. I would rather you ask so you feel more comfortable or so that you preform the directed stretch or exercise than to not!
I am happy to guide you to re:Connect with your body and how it moves in a more pain-free way! Let’s begin the journey together.
