About me
Clinical, thoughtful bodywork focused on function, recovery, and long-term health
“Massage and bodywork are my passion and my purpose.”
Massage and bodywork are my passion and my purpose. I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Butler Community College and am NCBTMB certified, holding a massage therapy license in Wichita.
In my sessions, I help clients identify where tension or dysfunction exists, uncover contributing factors, and explore how daily habits, posture, or activity patterns may be impacting their bodies. Together, we develop strategies and adjustments that support better movement, reduced pain, and more complete recovery between sessions.
My goal is to create a space where you can better understand your body’s needs, take practical steps toward improvement, and strengthen your body’s function over time. I look forward to helping you care for and re:Connect with your body.
Outside of the office, I enjoy running and strength training, DIY home projects, reading and self improvement, as well as spending time with my Love and our two dogs, Rocky and Chingu, who bring sparkeling joy to every day.
