Most of my new clients come seeking relief and recovery from pain, injury, or accidents. While I wish no one had to be in pain, it’s incredibly rewarding when someone leaves a session feeling better than when they arrived.
I specialize in treating pain from accidents, injuries, or the cumulative effects of daily use and misuse of the body. My goal is to provide high-quality care and compassion so that you feel seen, heard, and more healed after each session.
At the beginning of your first session, we’ll spend time discussing your concerns and determining whether massage or assisted stretching will best meet your needs. For stretch sessions, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move, bend, and twist easily. If we decide on massage instead, that’s perfectly fine—flexibility is key!
Follow-up sessions always begin with a quick check-in: how you felt after the last session, any changes or improvements, and what needs attention today.
I believe knowledge is power. After each session, I’ll guide you with exercises, stretches, or adjustments you can incorporate at home to enhance your healing, improve mobility, and amplify the benefits of our work together.
